Founded in 1960, Ranney School is a college-prep, co-educational, Beginners (3yrs)-12th grade independent day school serving over 750 students. Ranney School is dual accredited by MSA and NJAIS.
Assistant Head of School for Academics 2014-present
Leadership responsibilities include supervision, evaluation, reporting, creating/designing and strategy for programmatic implementation in the executive functions of the school; administrative leadership, governance, curriculum, finance, advancement, personnel and institutional planning (strategic planning and accreditation).

Senior Administrator, Assoc. Head for Academic Administration 2007-2014
Led the daily administrative and academic operations of the Lower School, assuring the division represented the school’s mission by advancing the school’s values through instruction, supervision, planning, enrollment management and communication.

Developed and managed a $2.5 million operating and compensation budget.

Established campus wide hiring/mentoring program and developed the parameters for managing personnel.

Developed and presented the case for a new Lower School facility to the Board of Trustees; and fundraised for $14million capital campaign for construction of new Lower School facility.

Established 21st century Lower School curriculum; Prek-5th grade science lab program, 1:1 access for 3yr olds-5th grade, robotics, string orchestra, reading, writing, math and social studies.

Established the Administrative Council; unified standards on matters that addressed curriculum, faculty supervision and communication.

Established in 1963, Colegio Panamericano is an international, bi-lingual school serving students in PreK-12th grade. The school is accredited by AdvancED (formally SACS) and graduates students with US and Colombian HS diplomas.
Interim Head of School 1996 and 1999
Reported to the Board of Trustees through two head of school searches. Responsibilities as interim head encompassed hiring, teacher placement, budget management, facility over-site, and board management. Served on ‘Head of School’ transition team.
English Principal 1995-1999
Direct report to the Head of School. Supervised the English curriculum and graduation requirements for students as set forth by the U.S. State Department and SACS/AdvancED,(Southern Association of Colleges and Schools). Directed the recruitment and induction process for international hires. Participated in accreditation for SACS. Led national Model UN conference in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
